Return Policy

At Syrdarè, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns
 • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
 • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
 • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as undergarments, accessories, or final sale items are non-returnable.


How to Start a Return
 1. Contact our customer service team at orders@syrdare.com with your order number and reason for return.
 2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back.
 3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refunds
 • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
 • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
 • Store credits and exchanges will be processed faster once the return is approved.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, depending on availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit instead.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at orders@syrdare.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no extra charge.


Final Sale Items

All clearance or marked final sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
